Town Meeting Overview 

The Hampden Annual Town Meeting takes place annually on the second Monday in the month of May. Special Town Meetings are called when determined necessary by the Selectboard or by a duly submitted citizen's petition. 

The 2026 Hampden Annual Town Meeting will take place on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the former Thornton W. Burgess Middle School.
